Kim Schmitz probably got hundreds of thousands of charges for that though, this other guy got one charge for each of those. By the way, did he murder then rape or rape then murder? From what it sounds like, he killed her, had sex with the corpse then got rid of it. And since the victim was killed then he had sex with it, he wouldn’t have a charge for rape.
